The yard
Lawn, edges, hedges and the seasonal resets.
The recurring work: cut on a schedule, kept tidy at the edges, and cleared out properly at each end of the season.
Lawn mowingFrom $45 a cut
Weekly or bi-weekly cuts, trimmed edges, and clippings dealt with. Same day of the week, every week, so you stop thinking about it.
Trimming, edging & hedges$60/hr $45 minimum
String trimming around fences, beds and foundations, crisp edges along walks and driveways, and hedges cut back to shape.
Add $25 a load if hedge cuttings need hauling away.
Spring & fall cleanupsFall from $150 spring typically $225
Leaves, winter sand, dead growth and beds cut back. The big one-day reset at each end of the season.
Fall is $150 plus $8 a bag, so we can quote it off a photo. Spring runs $60/hr with a cap we agree before starting.
Mowing is the one we publish by lot size: we measure your turf on satellite before quoting, so the number we give you is the number you pay. Minimum charge on any lawn is $45 — the mowing page has the full list by lot size. Everything else we quote from a photo or a look, the same day.
Repairs & building
The punch-list, and the small builds.
From a sticking door to a new set of deck stairs. Tell us what you are picturing and we will price it.
General maintenance$65/hr, 1-hour minimum
Small repairs, painting touch-ups, assembly, seasonal odd jobs — the punch-list you keep putting off.
Materials at cost plus 20%.
Light contractingQuoted per job
Fences, small decks, sheds and similar build-and-repair projects. Tell us what you are picturing.
Labour $65/hr, materials at cost plus 25%, and a 15% contingency quoted up front.
Hauling & moving
Loaded, hauled and gone.
Whatever needs to leave the property or arrive at a new one. You point; we lift.
Junk removal & haulingFrom $85 a single item
Old furniture, appliances, yard waste, garage and basement clear-outs. Loaded, hauled and disposed of properly.
Priced by how much of the truck it fills — quarter load $150, half $225, full $375.
Moving help$75/hr, 2-hour minimum
An extra set of hands and a truck for local moves, heavy lifting, deliveries, and anything too big for one person.
$150 minimum. Or two people and the truck for $115/hr total.
Exterior cleaning
Surfaces washed, gutters cleared.
The once-a-year jobs that keep water going where it should and the driveway the colour it was.
Pressure washingFrom $150
Driveways, walkways, patios, siding and decks taken back to the colour they started out.
$0.35/ft² on hard surfaces, $0.60/ft² on decks and siding.
Gutter cleaning$150 single storey $225 two storey
Gutters cleared out and flushed, downspouts checked, debris hauled away.
Covers up to 150 linear feet.
