What we collect when you ask for a quote, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. Short, because there is not much to say.
What we collect, and why
The quote form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, the service you want, and optionally the property address, a message and one photo of the job. We use it for one thing: to work out a price and get it back to you. Nothing on the form is required beyond a name, one way to reach you, and the service — the address is optional, and a request without one is answered the same way.
If you call or text instead, we keep your number the way anyone does — in the phone — and use it to reply and to schedule the work.
Where it goes
A form request is stored on our own server, and a copy is posted to a private Discord channel that only the owner can read, so it is seen the moment it arrives. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or given to anyone else, and it is not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and for the period the Canada Revenue Agency requires us to keep records of work we invoiced. A request that never becomes a job is deleted within twelve months. Ask and we will delete it sooner, along with the property address and any photo you sent.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, analytics or advertising. It counts, on our own server, how many times a page was opened and how many times the call, text and quote buttons were tapped — no identifier, no address, nothing that says who did the tapping. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not count it at all.
Nothing on this page is loaded from anyone else. The typeface used to come from Google Fonts; since 3 September 2026 it is served from this site, so your browser makes no request to any other company while you read this.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email support@grovec.ca or call (506) 607-1850. We answer within a few days, and the deletion is real, not a flag.
