Saint John based, owner run.

We take the jobs the bigger outfits turn down for being too small, too steep or too tight to get equipment into.

Every job gets a written price before it starts — a fixed quote where we can measure the work, an hourly rate agreed up front where we cannot. If a quoted job runs longer than we figured, that is ours to absorb, not yours to pay for. Nothing is finished until you have looked at it.

Why are some prices listed and others quoted?

Mowing prices off a lot size, so it is published. Cleanups, junk and contracting depend on how much there actually is — we will not quote those sight-unseen, because a guess helps neither of us. Send a photo and you will have a real number back, in writing, good for 30 days.

How does payment work?

Whatever is easiest for you, figured out when we give you the quote. No deposit on most jobs; anything over $500 takes a 30% deposit up front. Contracting projects are the exception — those are split 40% to start, 40% part-way, and 20% when you are happy with the finish.
